How long will it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


How much is shipping?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We ship from Medicine Hat, AB and only ship within Canada.  We do not currently offer international shipping.


How will I know when my order has shipped?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


Who do I contact if I have questions about my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@mypetwallet.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Do you offer refunds?

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We do not offer refunds however, we will exchange defective products.  

If your product arrives damaged from transport, please contact us immediately at admin@mypetwallet.org.

Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.


Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.


How to do an exchange

Defective products may be exchanged with proof of purchase.  Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.

In order to request an exchange, you must contact us first and send pictures of the item(s) that you feel are defective. Our team will review the pictures and if the exchange is approved, our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.
